Start to save the cardboard rolls, toilet paper rolls or paper towel rolls and introduce your child to the world of recycling. There are great things about this craft not to mention that it is an inexpensive way of enhancing your child’s creativity.

If you are looking for an easy child craft to make, here are lists of your favorite toilet paper roll crafts. Choose, enjoy, and have fun making this craft with your child.

Feather Collage – you can use feather duster or collect feathers of any kind and glue the feathers all over the toilet paper rolls.

Red Color Scopes – color the toilet paper tube red. When it dries up, covers the end of the tube with red cellophane and tied it with rubber band. Let your child enjoy looking at the telescope like tube and let them enjoy the colors change as they see it with red cellophane.

Wiggle Worm – paint several toilet paper rolls with different colors. Let them dry. Cut out two sections of an egg carton. Cut a string. Link it by threading strings. Secure the tube. For the head and tail, tape the egg carton section. To make the eyes, cut a small piece of foil and paste it on the head part. Pull it and watch it wiggle.

Rocker ships – you need ½ circle shape aluminum foil, tape or stapled it into a cone shape. Using a toilet paper roll and an aluminum foil sheet, wrap it around the roll. Staple the half circle to make a cone shape. Glue the cone to the roll then tape on crepe paper flames from the bottom of the roll.

Bird Feeders – on the opposite side of a toilet paper tube punch two holes. Put peanut butter all over the paper tube. On a plate, pour bird seeds and roll the paper tube with peanut butter all around it. Tie it with yarn on the side and hang it on the tree.

Toilet paper trees – Paint a toilet paper roll cut half long ways brown. Glue it on a construction paper as tree trunk. Glue a real leaves or paper leaves to make it look like a tree.
